Position Overview:
The Senior Inspector will be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations and monitoring of construction activities within designated areas. This role requires a keen understanding of state and federal regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze intricate plans and execute independent technical assignments to oversee work activities within the designated jurisdiction.
2. Confirm that all tasks are executed in accordance with established specifications, permits, and regulatory guidelines.
3. Employ approved testing methodologies utilizing various tools and instruments to verify that materials meet the required standards.
4. Utilize engineering tools and technology for technical tasks, problem-solving, and documentation.
5. Provide essential information to stakeholders including engineers, developers, and permit applicants as necessary.
6. Prepare documentation to facilitate payments to contractors.
7. Review work site activities for compliance with safety regulations and implement corrective actions as needed.
8. Conduct surveys of infrastructure components and assist in the preparation of maintenance contracts.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 months of relevant experience in infrastructure design, construction, or maintenance.
- A valid Class E driver license is required.

Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in utilizing engineering tools for field inspections.
- Strong communication skills for conveying technical information.
- Ability to interpret plans and specifications accurately.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:
