Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement assembly process systems, including auto station designs and workstation & material flow layouts, to meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve manufacturing concerns and feasibility issues, including reviewing product drawings and communicating with product development teams.
  • Drive Investment Efficiency process with Product Development and suppliers to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Develop quality documentation, such as SCCAF, Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (PFMEA), and Control Plans (DCP), to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Assume timing and financial responsibility for respective program content, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, with a focus on fastening processes.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including assembly, quality control, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
