Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Time Assemblers / Entry-Level Mechanics to join our team at Performance Driven Workforce. As an Automotive Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and testing automotive components to support automotive assemblies and builds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test automotive components to ensure quality and accuracy
• Work with a variety of vehicles, including Off-Road, Autonomous, Military, and Electric
• Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• 1 year of recent hands-on assembly experience in an Automotive Manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of automotive systems
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to problem solve
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• Previous auto mechanic or co-op experience
• Automotive electrical systems experience
