Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment for both exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Bi-lingual candidates, particularly Spanish speakers, are preferred.
- Experience managing multiple high-volume recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Ability to embody the core values of Hornblower Group.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and various online platforms.
