  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Cath Lab team, including nurses, technicians, and support staff.
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of patient procedures in the Cath Lab, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal use of resources.
  • Collaborate with physicians, cardiologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and procedural outcomes, implementing improvements as needed to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in cardiac care.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing education to promote professional growth and development.
  • Serve as a resource and mentor to staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nursing leadership, with experience in a Cath Lab or similar setting. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
