Key Responsibilities

  • Communication: Answer questions about service outcomes and scheduling, as well as vehicle drop-off and pick-up, ensuring customers are informed and satisfied.
  • Workflow Management: Manage and oversee the Dealership's workflow and schedule, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business and drive customer loyalty.
  • Administrative Tasks: Ensure all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and process their payments, maintaining accurate records and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Parts and Inventory Management: Serve as a liaison between Service Technicians and customers regarding parts ordering, ensuring parts are available when needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience in a customer-oriented environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Skills: Must be capable of working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Qualifications: Must be able to pass a background check, have a good driving record, and possess a Class A (CDL) driver's license.
  • Knowledge: Must have basic knowledge of cars and maintenance, as well as the ability to learn and expand your knowledge of our products and services.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, bend over, and stand for extended periods, as well as carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Environmental Factors: Must be able to work in an outside environment, drive vehicles of varying sizes, and tolerate noise and inclement weather conditions.
