Optical Advisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused EyeCare Advisor to join our team at LensCrafters. As an EyeCare Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring that all customers receive the highest quality optometric care.

• Customer Service: Greet customers promptly and provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all patients receive a positive experience.
• Optometric Care: Ensure that all patients receive the highest quality optometric care, including pre-examination testing, contact lens fitting, and maintenance of contact lens inventory.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate strong product knowledge and take the initiative to explain the features and benefits of various lenses and frames to customers.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, patients, and colleagues, providing clear and concise information and answering any questions they may have.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the optometrist, retail team, and other support staff to ensure seamless execution of the patient experience.

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Skills: Strong customer service skills, knowledge of current fashion trends, strong communicator and listener, problem-solving ability, familiarity with cash register, computers, and calculators, organization skills, sales skills, and strong basic math skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, retail, and/or optical, strong interpersonal skills.
