About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SFDC Technical Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Salesforce practice, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical architectures for complex Salesforce implementations
  • Lead the design and development of custom Salesforce solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing Salesforce customizations (Lightning Web Components/Apex/VF), integrations, and data migrations
  • Experience with deployment of B2B Commerce Cloud (formerly CloudCraze)
  • Certification in Salesforce and at least one Developer Track Certification (Platform Developer I or II)
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications, including B2B Commerce Cloud, Community, Field Service, Sales or Service
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Demonstrable expert-level knowledge of Salesforce and its underlying platform architecture and technical workings
  • Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions: cloud computing strategy, systems design, implementation, and management
  • Consulting experience with medium to large consulting firms focusing on cloud computing related consulting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, and EAI processes
  • Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies
  • Experience in object-oriented software engineering
