About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Psihchiatrist to join our team in the outpatient setting. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing psychiatric evaluations, medication reviews, and other related activities. You will work closely with adults and children receiving services, as well as collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and provide accurate diagnoses.">
  • Review medical records, lab results, and other relevant documents to inform treatment decisions.">
  • Prescribe and monitor medications, as needed, to ensure effective treatment outcomes.">
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.">
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on mental health topics and treatment options.">

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited university, as well as completion of a Psychiatry Residency program. You must also be certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology or possess board eligibility status. Additionally, you must hold current licensure to practice medicine in the State of Michigan and a current DEA license.

Preferred Qualifications:

We prefer candidates with experience working with child and adolescent populations, as well as those who possess board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Experience with substance use disorder treatment and knowledge of evidence-based treatments are also highly valued.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $**250,000 per year**, commensurate with experience. We offer a competitive benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
