**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Behavioral Health Professional to join our team at Corizon Health. As a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral health services to patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform individual and group therapeutic interventions as appropriate.
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and mental health intake evaluations as indicated.
  • Perform risk assessment and intervention, provide behavioral health consultation to members of the multi-disciplinary clinical team and to correctional personnel as directed.
  • Perform crisis intervention and de-escalation as indicated.
  • Support and/or direct care coordination efforts for patients returning to the community requiring ongoing behavioral health services.
  • Initiate, complete, and maintain patient treatment plans.
  • Participate in team meetings, assist in planning and implementing the goals and objectives of programs and projects. May direct special projects as requested.
  • Participate in and conduct in-service training programs, as well as assist in the orientation of new staff.
  • Provide necessary preparation of documentation, necessary records and reports.
  • Follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
