About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. You will work closely with the spa management team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to increase membership sales and revenue.
- Coach and train the spa associate team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the spa management team to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
