A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST II:

In this position, your day begins with a refreshing cup of coffee, gearing up to be the champion of property maintenance. Today, you embark on a mission. You start by diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and more. Your expertise is the essential force that keeps our properties thriving.

As you navigate through your tasks, you are not just a technician; you are a master problem-solver. From scheduling and executing preventative maintenance to managing apartment turnovers, your skills are vital to our communities. Imagine yourself inspecting apartments, ensuring they adhere to our high standards, and responding swiftly to resident requests. QUALIFICATIONS:

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in property management maintenance or a related field

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A valid driver's license and automobile insurance

WORK SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time position, offering the flexibility to tackle challenges as they arise. Overtime may be necessary, and being on-call is part of the role.

LOCATION:

Based in the scenic Pacific Northwest, your daily responsibilities will involve traveling to various properties, ensuring they shine across the Greater Seattle Area.
