Bryten Real Estate Partners is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our residential properties.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling, coordinating work orders, and providing training and guidance.
- Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Quality Control: Ensure that maintenance services are performed to a high standard and that quality control measures are in place to prevent defects and errors.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide 24-hour support to residents.
- Grounds Maintenance: Maintain the grounds and exterior of our properties, including landscaping, trash removal, and snow removal.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, plus at least three years of experience in building and facility maintenance, with some supervisory experience.
- Licenses and Certifications: HVAC, electrical wiring, or plumbing licenses and certifications are highly desirable.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read and write in English at an intermediate level.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software, including data entry, word processing, and spreadsheets.
