Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food according to item specifications, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to our members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, rotating stock and ensuring that products are fresh and of high quality.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and support the overall success of the café.
Requirements
  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Food Safety Certification: Possession of a valid food safety certification, such as a Food Handler's Card.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and members.
