Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to our members, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to members, including operating food preparation equipment and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions, making recommendations to members as needed.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Service experience preferred.
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification.
