Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, understanding and planning future productions and mass productions, adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management, operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment.
• Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to our members, listening to their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, helping educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicating effectively with the team, and being flexible to the needs of the business.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards, eliminating waste, and providing member service.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Food Service experience preferred
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification
