Key Responsibilities

The Financial Trading Support Specialist will undertake the following duties:

  • Collaborating with trading teams to facilitate trade execution throughout the entire trade lifecycle.
  • Assisting the trading desk in managing risk discrepancies, supporting executions, and performing middle office functions.
  • Working alongside the COO team to implement new technologies, formulate strategies, and deliver analytical insights.
  • Creating effective processes to support the introduction of new trading functionalities.
  • Coordinating with software developers to assist in the rollout and testing of new applications.
  • Engaging with operations, accounting, and business management to address and fulfill ad-hoc inquiries.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in a similar support role within trading.
  • Fundamental understanding of fixed income markets, particularly in U.S. Treasuries and/or Interest Rate Swaps.
  • Experience in interfacing with trading and technology platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
