Job Title: Direct Services Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Direct Services Professional to join our team at CCARC INC. As a Direct Services Professional, you will provide direct care and support services to individuals with special needs in a residential setting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality care and support services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have a solid understanding of the principles of person-centered care and be able to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver direct care and support services to individuals with special needs.
  2. Develop and implement individualized plans for participants based on their unique needs and goals.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience working with Microsoft products and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DDS Med Certification and other required trainings.
