We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Personal Banker to join our National Branch Network team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate products and services to help customers succeed financially.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with customers through proactive outreach and propose products and services to meet their financial needs
- Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
- Develop a deep understanding of bank products and services to connect with customers' needs
- Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships
- Provide options for bank products and services to customers and refer their financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
- Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email
- Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options
- Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate
- Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs
- Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
- Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members
