We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Personal Banker to join our National Branch Network team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building relationships, and providing personalized financial solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in proactive outreach to build relationships with customers and propose suitable financial solutions.
- Assist customers with basic requests, such as opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
- Develop a deep understanding of our bank's products and services to connect with customers' needs.
- Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build strong relationships.
- Provide options for bank products and services to customers and refer their financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed.
- 6+ months of customer-facing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
- Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
- Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
- Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
- Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
- Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
- Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
- Maintains cash drawer, cash handling, and balancing, and spends time completing service-related tasks as needed.
- This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment. Wells Fargo will initiate the SAFE registration process immediately after your employment start date.
