2. Serving as a clinical authority and resource for neonatal patient care.
3. Offering educational resources to elevate nursing competencies.
4. Leading the development of evidence-based protocols and clinical standards.
5. Contributing to the advancement of neonatal nursing through research and presentations.
6. Overseeing quality and patient safety initiatives through selected projects.
7. Collaborating with nursing teams to assess practices and identify educational needs.
8. Maintaining professional certifications and engaging in continuous education.

Work Schedule:
100% Day Shift

Essential Skills:

Qualifications:
- Master of Nursing or higher degree.

- Certification as RNC-NIC or CCRN-Neonatal.
- Equivalent experiences and education may be considered.
