Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse to join our team at OneStaff Medical. As a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to premature and critically ill newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) of a hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to newborns in the NICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
- Monitor and manage the medical equipment and technology used to support the care of critically ill newborns.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure and certification in Neonatal Intensive Care.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a NICU setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
