Therapeutic Mentor Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Mentor to join our Quincy In-Home Therapy team. As a Therapeutic Mentor, you will work closely with our team to provide supportive services to children and adolescents in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver services in accordance with an existing treatment plan, supporting and coaching youth in age-appropriate behaviors, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients and their families.
  • Complete all clinical documentation and service plans using our Electronic Health Record System.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field and one year of experience working with children and adolescents, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid MA State driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • CPR Certification (can be completed after hire).
