Job Summary

R.S. Parking & Valet is seeking a skilled Valet Parking Attendant to join our team. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for safely parking, operating, and retrieving guest vehicles. You will interact with customers, issue and collect parking tickets, assist patrons in and out of their vehicles when necessary, and perform miscellaneous activities as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greets guests entering and leaving the building, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Parks and retrieves guest vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, maintaining control of vehicle keys, parking tags, and valet forms.
  • Issues and collects parking tickets, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
  • Assists patrons in and out of their vehicles, providing assistance as needed.
  • Performs miscellaneous activities as assigned, including maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English/Creole/Portuguese) a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous Valet experience preferred.
  • Employer will perform: Background check and drug test.
  • Proof of citizenship or work permit in order to legally work in the US.
