Loader Operator Job Description

Impact Companies is seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team at our surface mines. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating heavy equipment to load customer trucks and feed the hopper with properly sized and blended materials.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate heavy equipment to load customer trucks and feed the hopper with properly sized and blended materials.
  • Perform daily maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
  • Achieve production goals by consistently meeting tonnage and turn time targets through continuous skill development and training.


Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience operating a 980G CAT Loader (or equivalent)
  • Experience with sand/gravel and loading crushers
  • Preventative maintenance experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Safety oriented mindset
  • Must have OSHA 10 or be willing to obtain it
  • Flexible schedule Monday- Thursday with Friday availability
