Compensation and Benefits

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and location. In addition, you will enjoy comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation time, and tuition reimbursement.

Job Description

As a CNA/STNA at Diversicare, your key responsibilities will include collaborating with a passionate healthcare team to deliver exceptional daily care to patients and residents. You will provide safe and compassionate bedside assistance, cultivate meaningful relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, and advocate for quality care and enhance the customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong verbal communication skill, ability to report accurately and efficiently, and state certification as a Nursing Assistant.
