We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team at Norriton Square Nursing and Rehab Center in Norristown, PA. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
  • Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
  • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
  • Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure
  • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification
