We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Norriton Square Nursing and Rehab Center in Norristown, PA. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
About the RoleAs a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective nursing care to our patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Your duties will include:
- Evaluating patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition
- Contributing to nursing assessments and care planning
- Supervising and monitoring patient care provided by unlicensed staff
- Administering medications and performing treatments per physician orders

To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
- Be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure
- Have experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing (preferred)
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification (if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility)
