About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective nursing care to our patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Your duties will include:

  • Evaluating patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition
  • Contributing to nursing assessments and care planning
  • Supervising and monitoring patient care provided by unlicensed staff
  • Administering medications and performing treatments per physician orders

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
  • Be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure
  • Have experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing (preferred)
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility
