- Assist current clients with policy updates, payment processing, inquiries, and necessary documentation.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence related to new or existing insurance policies and claims.
- Address product or service challenges by understanding the client's issue, identifying the root cause, selecting the most effective solution, facilitating corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, feedback, and actions taken in the agency management system.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, mentor junior staff, provide expertise, and engage in both formal and informal meetings as required.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Property and Casualty Insurance license for Michigan is preferred. Candidates without a license may still be considered, and assistance with licensing costs may be available.

- Demonstrate a sense of urgency, meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
