Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in property management, with experience in supervising staff, managing budgets, and implementing company policies and procedures. They will be proficient in industry software, such as Yardi, Rent Cafe, Yield Star, and LeaseStar, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. Our goal is to create a productive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued and motivated to perform at their best. We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise on-site staff members, including hiring, performance counseling, weekly status updates, and community inspections
• Maintain high occupancy levels through effective team motivation, market research, and competitive pricing analysis
• Train staff on closing techniques to improve lease renewal rates
• Ensure accurate data entry in industry software, Yardi, Rent Cafe, Yield Star, and LeaseStar
• Monitor and implement rent increases, utility charges, and other fees on time
• Analyze Yardi reports, assess community condition, and submit weekly operational reports
• Implement company policies and procedures at the community level
• Manage expenses closely and within budget

Requirements:
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field highly preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of property management experience, with supervisory responsibilities for property operations, budgets, and staff supervision
• Previous experience with industry software, Yardi, Rent Cafe, Yield Star, and LeaseStar is preferred
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) certification is preferred
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record is required

Estimated Salary: $62,500 per year
