Your Responsibilities:
  • Actively source and recruit healthcare professionals through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct research.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Thoroughly screen and evaluate candidate credentials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
