Job Description

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a skilled and dedicated Recruiter to join our corporate recruiting team. As a critical component of the overall organization, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and retaining top-tier talent of local Behavior Technicians and Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
  • Conduct interviews via phone or Zoom.
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
  • Serve as the first contact person for questions from candidates.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
  • High energy and passion.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
  • Ability to learn and understand basic medical terminology and healthcare-related language.
  • Reliable transportation to/from Bryn Mawr, PA.
  • A desire to grow with us.
