Job Summary: As a Respiratory Therapist with Quality Talent Group, you will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care. Your expertise in respiratory therapy will be essential in managing mechanical ventilators, promoting bronchial hygiene, and monitoring oxygenation status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
  • Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and maintain mechanical ventilators, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct bronchial hygiene procedures to promote patient comfort and respiratory health.
  • Monitor oxygenation status and adjust treatments as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy, with a focus on weekend shifts.
  • Current certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
