About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ENT Market Development Representative to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expand our presence in the ENT market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, and administrators, to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Pursue leads and assess customer needs to provide product support and services that maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's ENT products and/or services.
  • Provide technical support during cases and inform clinicians of patient treatment options, promoting education of the company's products and/or services.
  • Conduct and/or evaluate market research, including customers and competitors' activities, to inform market development plans and strategies.
  • Assess customer needs and feedback regarding new products and/or modifications to existing products and communicate to internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Establish effective relationships and collaborate with other departments to address key business issues and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or clinical experience
  • Operating room experience
  • Relationships within the ENT space
