Director of State Programs Sales and Strategy

MVP Health Care is seeking a Director of State Programs Sales and Strategy to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving acquisition and retention of State Programs customers, recruiting and training sales staff, and developing strategies for territory development and onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive acquisition and retention of State Programs customers
- Recruit, hire, train, and motivate sales staff
- Develop strategies for territory development and onsite presence
- Provide day-to-day supervision and support to sales staff
- Contribute to a comprehensive sales strategy designed to achieve goals and objectives for growth and retention in membership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or related field
- Proven ability for meeting or exceeding sales activity and productivity goals and objectives
- Working knowledge and understanding of managed health care and insurance products
- Ability to interact and effectively communicate with persons at all levels within MVP and other businesses
