Strategic Medicare Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director, Medicare Sales to lead our Medicare sales team in achieving exceptional growth and retention in membership. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, train, and motivate Medicare sales staff to meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
- Provide day-to-day leadership to the outside Medicare field team, the Director of Inside Medicare Sales, and the DSNP team.
- Support the team in meeting or exceeding customer expectations and sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines.
- Contribute to a sales strategy designed to achieve growth and retention in membership.
- Attend Medicare relevant committee meetings, provide input, and share information as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field.
- 6-10 years' experience in progressively responsible sales positions with individual government-funded products and supervisory experience within a managed care organization, health insurance carrier, third-party administrator, or related industry.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales activity and productivity goals and objectives.
- Working knowledge and understanding of managed healthcare and insurance products.
- Ability to interact and effectively communicate with persons at all levels within MVP and other businesses.
