Job Summary:
Service Operations Coordinator at Interstate Air Conditioning & Heating is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HVAC Service Department. The successful candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating schedules, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Excellent communication skills are essential to maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and field workers.

About the Role:
The primary function of this role is to manage the HVAC Service Department's budget and schedule while meeting the scope of work requirements. Key responsibilities include coordinating work orders, purchasing parts and materials, performing job visits, and reviewing departmental processes for potential liabilities. To succeed in this position, you must have a minimum 5-year experience as an HVAC manager, a degree in a related field, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Compensation:
This role offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 annually, along with benefits such as PTO, medical coverage, and a 401K plan.
