Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop beneficial partnerships that lead to student success and benefit.
- Provide transitional support and placement services to ensure quality full-time jobs, higher education, or advanced training.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive student information.
Qualifications
Associates Degree Required. Bachelors Degree Preferred. A minimum of one year experience in program management and direction with substantial experience working with youth.
