About the Role:

The Route Sales Representative is a full-time position that is responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay's complete line of products to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores and work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales.
  • Learn the basics of the role through dedicated driving and selling training with our team members.
  • Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
  • Attain a route with set days off/schedule and work in a fun, fast-paced, and physical environment.

Requirements:

  • Be 21 years of age or older.
  • Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state.
  • Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
