Position Overview

We are in search of a proactive and committed Safety Compliance Coordinator to join our team. This position is vital in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients. The ideal candidate will be tasked with analyzing health and safety metrics, developing and sustaining a continuous safety training program for office personnel, and collaborating with safety teams from various facilities to arrange on-site safety training. Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze health and safety metrics to pinpoint trends, concerns, and areas for enhancement.
  • Create and sustain a continuous safety training program for office personnel, ensuring all staff are informed of safety protocols, potential risks, and prevention strategies.
  • Collaborate with safety teams from various facilities to organize on-site safety training for office personnel.
  • Investigate workplace incidents, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations to avert future occurrences.
  • Implement and oversee health and safety initiatives, ensuring adherence to all pertinent regulations and guidelines.
  • Conduct daily safety and health inspections, promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Perform risk assessments, identifying potential hazards and executing mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain OSHA 300 Logs, ensuring precise and timely documentation of all safety incidents.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Safety Coordinator or similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
  • Proficient in analyzing health and safety metrics and conducting risk assessments.
  • Experience with OSHA 300 Logs is preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to educate and train staff on safety protocols and procedures.
  • Capability to investigate and report on workplace incidents.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of safety within the workplace.
