Job Responsibilities

As an HVAC Installation Assistant at American Residential Services, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our team of Lead Installation Mechanics. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the installation of new HVAC systems and the replacement of old systems.
  • Working closely with Lead Installation Mechanics to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Some level of HVAC experience in the field or through school.
  • EPA Certification (we may be able to assist if you do not have this).
  • A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
  • Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record (this is a non-driving role, but a valid driver's license is required for career advancement).
