Position Overview:
As an integral member of our organization, you will assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations. Your key responsibilities will encompass training, mentoring, and providing support to team members, resolving challenges, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations, and participating in recruitment and performance assessment processes. Furthermore, you may engage in quality evaluations, track employee performance, and contribute to staff development and retention initiatives.

Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- At least six months of post-secondary education
- Preferred: Associate's Degree
Experience:
- A minimum of two years in patient registration, billing, or healthcare experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous
- Customer service experience is essential
- Proficient in computer operations and electronic systems
- Experience in a shared leadership role is preferred
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in computer applications
- Typing skills (40 words per minute) or data entry capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and effective time management
