Position Overview:
As the Kitchen Manager, you will oversee the daily functions of our kitchen, ensuring the proficient and effective preparation of top-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Inspire, train, and empower kitchen staff to excel in their roles. Cultivate a positive workplace culture and promote collaboration.
- Menu Development & Implementation: Work alongside the chef to create and refresh the menu. Ensure uniformity in food preparation and presentation.
- Inventory & Supply Management: Keep track of inventory levels and procure supplies as necessary. Build and maintain vendor relationships to secure optimal quality and pricing.
- Cost Management: Supervise food and labor costs, as well as waste, to enhance profitability. Introduce cost-saving strategies without sacrificing quality.
- Food Safety & Hygiene: Guarantee that all kitchen operations adhere to health and safety regulations. Maintain a tidy and organized kitchen environment.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee food quality from preparation to serving, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards before reaching the customer.
- Issue Resolution: Tackle any challenges that arise during service, whether related to staff, equipment, or customer feedback.
- Staff Scheduling: Create and manage kitchen staff schedules to ensure sufficient coverage during all shifts.
- Training & Development: Provide continuous training to kitchen staff, ensuring they possess the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or in a similar capacity within a high-volume dining establishment.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage high-pressure situations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
