Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment for our members and associates. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to spills and accidents, and ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and up-to-code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to spills and accidents, and ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and up-to-code.
- Clean all areas of the facility, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with our Environmental Sustainability Program.
- Maintain appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies needed to ensure a safe and clean facility.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage range of $16.00 to $23.00
- Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances
