About the Role

We are looking for an experienced sales leader to join our team as an Aftermarket Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing strategies to maximize aftermarket parts sales. You will also manage customer and product lifecycles effectively, analyze market trends, and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase aftermarket parts revenue in the feed and asphalt automation sectors.
• Grow and manage a team of internal sales representatives, setting clear performance goals and evaluating their progress.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors, providing technical and commercial support when needed.
• Develop product lifecycle plans for aftermarket parts, ensuring optimal inventory management and product obsolescence strategies.
• Identify opportunities for new or improved aftermarket offerings and develop pricing strategies that balance profitability with customer satisfaction.
• Our estimated salary for this position is around $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
