Primary Objective:
To effectively manage the stocking and movement of materials throughout the production workflow, ensuring all components are organized and accessible to support production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stocking and Preparation:
    • Prepare and organize materials for production packs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Manage the flow of materials by removing empty carts and preparing for the next job.
    • Organize materials on carts for easy access during production.
    • Maintain order in storage areas, ensuring materials are properly categorized.
  • Material Handling and Maintenance:
    • Regularly dispose of scrap and maintain a clean workspace.
    • Unload and properly store incoming materials from freight deliveries.
    • Ensure production areas and equipment are clean and operational.
    • Conduct monthly inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Process Improvement and Safety:
    • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance material handling and stocking procedures.
    • Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Perform other assigned tasks, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting production goals.

Qualifications:

  • Essential Skills:
    • Proficient in using basic hand tools and interpreting design documents.
    • Able to lift up to 100 pounds consistently throughout the workday.
    • Effective time management skills to ensure productivity.

    • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
    • Collaborative mindset, comfortable engaging with team members.

  • Experience:
