As a Registered Nurse in our Outpatient Care team, you will play a vital role in providing clinical direction and leadership to our patients and staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide clinical direction and leadership to patients and staff in an outpatient setting
* Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs and priorities
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
* Identify and prioritize patient, unit, and organizational priorities
* Adhere to all compliance and policy requirements
* Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory agency requirements

**Accountabilities:**

* Assessment: Collect and analyze data to inform nursing assessment and plan of care
* Planning/Outcomes: Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs and priorities
* Implementation: Provide direct care to patients and delegate tasks as appropriate
* Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of the plan of care and make revisions as needed

**Patient/Family Education/Teaching:**

* Identify and assess patient/family learning needs
* Develop and implement teaching plans to meet patient/family learning needs

**Professional Accountability:**

* Evaluate own nursing practice in relation to professional practice standards
* Maintain competency through education and professional activities

**Supervisory/Management Responsibilities:**

* This is a non-management role that will report to a supervisor or manager

**Minimum Requirements:**

* Associate's Degree in Nursing
* BSN preferred
* One year experience as a registered nurse
* Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina

**In Lieu Of The Above Minimum Requirements:**

* Successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program
* Successful completion of a comparable residency from another organization

**Other Required Skills and Experience:**

* Basic Computer Skills
* Mathematical Skills
* Patient Equip (vitals, suction, defib)
