What We're Looking For

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Excel Linen.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an office or clerical role, proficiency with QuickBooks, and strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, managing invoices, and performing general office duties to support our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer calls and address inquiries.
  • Manage invoices and ensure timely and correct service billing.
  • Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
  • Resolve customer concerns and internal issues promptly.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing and maintaining office supplies.
  • Maintain organized and accessible files for all customer records and invoices.
