Position Overview:
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about assisting others with technical challenges and eager to contribute to a successful IT team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve IT-related issues through phone and face-to-face interactions.
- Maintain precise records of support tickets and updates.
- Demonstrate punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Show a willingness to learn and grow.
A Typical Day: Your workday begins at 8 am, focusing on planning and managing service tickets. You will handle incoming requests and communicate with clients regarding their tickets. At around 10 am, a helpdesk meeting will take place to discuss ongoing issues and strategize solutions. Each team member is encouraged to dedicate 30 minutes daily to pursue their next technical certification. You will also be responsible for ticket management, time entry, and concluding your workday at 5:00 pm.
Qualifications and Skills:
Prior experience in IT support or a related area is essential.
We value candidates who have successfully assisted customers in resolving their technical issues. Strong communication and writing skills are a must.
Required Experience:
- Support skills for desktop and laptop computers.
- Printer support capabilities.
- Server support experience.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure and Microsoft).
Compensation and Benefits:
The starting pay for this role ranges from $22 to $25 per hour, based on experience and knowledge. For highly skilled individuals, there is a pathway to Level 2 salaried positions with a salary range of $55,000 to $70,000. We offer a bonus program, incentives for knowledge acquisition, paid vacation and holidays, as well as comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
